Cancel Your Contract

On this page you can cancel paid contracts with recurring obligations — LevelUp Cloud, billed either yearly or monthly. Cancellation is free of charge. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to the paid features until then. With yearly billing, your plan then converts into a permanent LevelUp Local licence at no further charge.

Option 1 — Self-Service via Polar (Fastest)

Purchases are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. Log in to the Polar customer portal with the email you used at checkout to cancel your subscription yourself, without contacting us. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Option 2 — Cancellation Form (Termination Button)

Fill in the details below and submit your cancellation via the “Cancel now” button. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and the date on which it takes effect by email (text form) without undue delay.

We use this address to identify your contract and to send you the confirmation of your cancellation.

Clicking “Cancel now” submits your cancellation. We confirm receipt and the effective date by email (text form) without undue delay — keep that email as proof. Alternatively, you can send the same information directly to sinan@levelupvscode.com.
